You and all of your friends are officially invited to the FADS first annual Holiday Sale! We will be selling repurposed and upcycled products which have each been designed and hand sewn by one of our Fashion Design students and members of FADS. Among the items for sale will be our famous bags, carrying along Ann Savageau’s great Bags Across the Globe project. We will also be selling new items such as pencil cases, scarves, and bags for wine bottles! This is a great time to get your Holiday shopping out of the way and support both sustainablity and a local UC Davis group. We look forward to seeing you there!!

Happy shopping!

A candid photo of the Dean’s Advisory Committee’s visit to the sewing lab. Professors Susan Avila, Ann Savageau, and Adele Zhang spoke on behalf of the Design Program and Fashion Design. Each member of the committee left with their own hand-made upcycled bag and they were able to see a lot of sustainable and innovative student work.

We are proud of the Fashion students and professors and hope to bring more and more fame to the Design Program! A big thanks to everyone on the Dean’s Advisory Committee, we appreciate your interest and continued support.
